ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Receives Caterpillar Gold Certification

Caterpillar Recognizes ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft for “Outstanding Supplier Quality and Performance”

ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Company, a leading manufacturer of high quality forged and machined crankshafts for the North American automotive, on-highway truck and off-highway markets, received the Caterpillar Gold Level Supplier Quality Excellence (SQE) Certification for outstanding supplier quality performance.

This year marks the fifth time that ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft has received an SQE award since 2008. In 2012, Caterpillar recognized the Danville forging site with its Silver Level certification. This year, Caterpillar presented its Gold Level SQE Certification to the forge site during a facility-wide celebration on Friday, June 28.
